Neal A. Sher MD, FACS is an internationally known ophthalmic surgeon, teacher, researcher and consultant with over 40 years of active practice.

Dr. Sher has over 25 years of medicolegal experience with extensive deposition and trial experience for both plaintiff and defense. Dr Sher has reviewed almost three hundred possible malpractice cases in ophthalmology for both sides. He has been an expert in patent litigation in the US, Canada and the UK for medical devices and pharmaceutical patents. He has worked with leading law firms, insurance companies and government agencies in the areas of medical malpractice, intellectual property, complex eye injuries and all aspects of forensic ophthalmology.
